UK Post Study Workers (PSW)

UK Tier 1 (Post-study worker) visa is for people who have completed bachelor or master degree from UK institute. The degree must be a full time and approved by UK NARIC. Through this visa category, UK retain students who have good credential and experience of UK market. Firstly visa is granted for two (2) years and is further extend able for four years. However if you have job during the first two years, you may transfer you status into other visa category like Tier 1 General Migrant. Applicants are evaluated under a point based system. To be successful in UK immigration application, you must score following points;
1. A total of 75 Points for four factors;

• UK Qualification
• Studied at UK institution
• Immigration status during stay; and
• Date of award of qualification)

2. English Language (10 points); and
3. Maintenance Funds (10 points)

You must apply with in 12 months of the completion of your degree program.
